Lodging & Meals

• Lodging Rates have been partially subsidized by Grand Assembly:
• Each night includes Dinner, Breakfast & Lunch
• Girls Rate: $60 per night, per person
• Adult Rate: $80 per night, per person
• Optional Linen Package is $35 per person.
• You can bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, sheets/blanket, and towels
• All Lodging & Meals registrations must be received by May 31st.

Advanced Registration

• The online advanced registration fee is discounted to $10
• All advanced registrants will include a registration bag & program at check-in
• Registration at the door is $20 and may only include admittance
• When registering online you will have the opportunity to:
• Purchase all lodging & meal options
• Submit a rooming list if submitting several registrations
• NEW:Upload credentials (dues card, etc.) to reduce check-in time. Any registrant whose credentials are not uploaded in advance must check-in in person at the Registration table.
• Provide any food allergies/sensitivities or mobility concerns
• Provide your title for introductions
• Purchase 24-25 GWA-Elect themed Apparel & Centennial Apparel
• Choose to pay by Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo, or Check
• All Check payments must be received by June 15th
• Mother Advisors: Registration process will be reviewed in detail at the April Mother Advisor's Meeting. If unable to attend, please ask another AB member to attend.

Brief Schedule

• Friday, 7pm: Formal Opening
• Saturday, 1:45pm: Grand Cross of Color Degree
• Saturday, 5pm: Memorial Service & Formal Closing
• Saturday, 8pm: Awards Ceremony (following dinner)
• Sunday, 9am: Devotional followed by Installation
