Registration is due by May 31st

Advanced Registration

• The online advanced registration fee is discounted to $15 through May 31st. 
• All advanced registrants will receive a session bag & program at check-in.
• The registration fee will increase to $25 on June 1st and may only include admittance.

The following options are available when registering online:

• Reserving Lodging and/or Meals at Nichols College (see pricing below)
• Submit a room list (if submitting several registrations)
• Upload credentials for all registrants to reduce check-in time. Alternatively, these credentials may be emailed to massiorgcredentials@gmail.com
• Purchase 2026-2027 GWA-Elect themed Apparel and/or the Grand Assembly issue of RACOM
• Provide food allergy/dietary restrictions and/or mobility concerns
• Provide titles for introductions
• Payment options include Debit/Credit Card, PayPal or Venmo. 

Lodging & Meals

Lodging Rates have been partially subsidized by Grand Assembly and each night includes Dinner, Breakfast, & Lunch:

• Girls Rate: $65 per night, per person
• Adult Rate: $85 per night, per person
• Optional Linen Package is $35 per person (or you can bring your own sleeping bag, pillow, sheet/blanket, and towels)
• All Lodging & Meals registrations must be received by May 31st
